Senior IAM Consultant — SailPoint (Remote)
We are hiring for two positions in the insurance industry for our client. These six-month contract roles focus on identity and access management (IAM), requiring expertise in authentication methods, security analysis, and IAM platforms. The successful candidates will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze current authentication methods, support IAM platform operations, and contribute to security enhancements across a hybrid environment.
What is in it for you:
• Salaried: $60 to $70 per hour.
• Incorporated Business Rate: $73 to $83 per hour.
• 6-month contract.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze authentication data from existing survey results across enterprise technologies.
• Conduct follow-ups through email, meetings, or surveys to refine understanding.
• Present findings in a well-documented format to project teams and management.
• Support technical operations, quality assurance, and release management on the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
• Facilitate solutions for password policy enhancements.
What you will need to succeed:
• University degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the information security industry.
• Expertise in identity and access management, including identity lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge and experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of various IT platforms and technologies, including Mainframe, Unix, Linux, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, Web Applications, APIs, OAuth, SaaS, SSO, ACF2, RACF, ADFS, and LDAP.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment while maintaining focus on deliverables.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical teams and management levels.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized approach to work.
