Position : Inside Sales Specialist Reports To : Head Inside Sales Location : Gurgaon Key Responsibilities The Inside Sales Specialist is primarily responsible for acquiring new customers for XSEED Education with a PAN India focus. Work in collaboration with Marketing, Presales & Sales team to formulate Sales strategies that drive adoption of XSEED's academic solutions. Execute prospecting techniques such as Calls and Email Marketing to hunt for new business. Will be responsible to manage Monthly, Quarterly & Annual goals towards new acquisitions as well as revenue. Generate incremental business from existing clients by up-selling additional products and services. Drive awareness for XSEEDs Solutions into the account base by promoting attendance to live and online events. Essential Skills 1-5 years of relevant experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Account Management with a consultative selling approach. A strategic thinker with exceptional... communication, persuasion & negotiation skills (both verbal & written). Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of assigned Accounts by utilizing research tools and effective sales questioning and listening techniques. Highly motivated and collaborative team player with an ability to work in a fast paced & high-growth environment.
