5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience

Who we’re seeking?
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Senior Integrations Engineer.

This position requires influencing across multiple teams, businesses, and senior leaders. The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and thinking big about how we can make the shipping experience across online retail seamless and delightful.

The ideal candidate is excited by technology, passionate about learning and should view every customer interaction as an opportunity to create an exceptional experience. You will need to be entrepreneurial, and work in a highly collaborative environment. You have a track record of exceptional performance and love working in a dynamic, ambiguous, fast-paced environment in which managing multiple projects and priorities is the norm. You dive deep and like the complexity of systems but drive simple, innovative solutions for customer-facing experiences. You have excellent judgment and high standards. You are an articulate, persuasive communicator and a good writer. People trust and respect you and they like to work with you. You are eager to pioneer new experiences, putting the customer first and challenging conventional wisdom.

Key job responsibilities
1. Establish technical credibility in the engagement cycle and collaborate with Sales to drive adoption of our integration-focused products and features
2. Develop deep and broad relationships with executives and technical stakeholders at partner organizations
3. Lead discovery and integration discussions with enterprise customers, support the Shipper or 3rd party solution provider onboarding process, and troubleshoot where needed. Provide technical support and architectural guidance directly to developers
4. Write integration tutorials, whitepapers and technical articles for the developer community, capturing and sharing the best practices
Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks/ pain-points and evaluate opportunities to improve end user experiences, reduce time/ costs, improve CX and accelerate growth
5. Act as an Integrations leader between customer, support & engineering, and business team
Create program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
6. Assess integration risks, anticipate challenges, and communicate risks to leadership team
7. Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are stable, scalable and efficient

Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
Managed external relationships in the past and be comfortable with the level of communication with C-Suite level stakeholders (CIO, CEOs).
