Introduction:

An exceptional opportunity to join an award-winning Interior Design studio specialising in Luxury Hospitality spaces is now available. This Senior Interior Designer will have a strong focus on Conceptual design and a background in large-scale, high-end luxury Hotel projects. This position will be joining a well-established team who have an ever-growing workload in the Hospitality sector and would be ideal for a very talented and ambitious Senior Interior Designer to lead the design vision for high-profile projects with hybrid working and a competitive salary available to the right individual.

Duties:
• Lead the conceptual design process for a luxury hotel project, setting the creative vision
• Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client objectives and luxury brand standards
• Create and present mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, project managers, and designers
• Oversee the transition from concept design to detailed development and execution
• Stay informed on design trends, materials, and technologies to integrate cutting-edge solutions

Requirements:
• Degree Qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or similar field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing luxury hotel or hospitality projects
• Exceptional skill in the conceptual stages of design, with a talent for creating cohesive, visionary concepts
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior designers and leading design teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to inspire clients and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment
