Design Cafe is hiring Senior Interior Designer for Hyderabad -Gachibowli center .

Job Brief :

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer for our Hyderabad Experience Center. You will be responsible for designing mid to high segment residential projects.

Experience -Minimum Experience 3 + yrs as an Interior Designer.

Modular Residential Interior experience is must

Job Description / Responsibilities :
• Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
• Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
• Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
• Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
• Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customer.

Requirements :
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential designing
• Min. 2 Years of exp. In modular industry
• Sketchup + Autocad
• Clear understanding of capturing the client’s expectations from the space
• Client handling is a must-have requirement
• Excellent knowledge of materials / finishes
• Excellent knowledge of ergonomics and design principles
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.

Qualification :

Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Interior Designer
• Google Sketch-up
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft office

Work Timing : 10 : 30am to 7 : 30pm

Working Days : Tuesday to Sunday (WEEK OFF : Every Monday & Alternate Sundays)
