Senior Landscape Architect

The Job will involve creating innovative and functional landscape designs for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces. Candidate should have understanding of horticultural principles, design aesthetics, and construction techniques. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Conceptualization and Design: * Develop creative and innovative landscape design concepts. * Prepare site plans, planting plans, grading plans, and other necessary design documents. * Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather data. * Develop and present design proposals to clients. * Incorporate sustainable design principles, such as water conservation and low-maintenance plantings. * Project Management: * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. * Prepare construction documents and specifications. * Conduct site inspections during construction to ensure adherence to design plans. * Provide support to construction crews as needed. * Client Relations: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and questions. * Present design options and obtain client approval. * Research and Development: * Stay current on industry trends, new plant materials, and sustainable design practices. * Conduct research on relevant topics, such as site analysis, plant selection, and construction methods. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. *2 years of professional experience in landscape design. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design software. * Strong understanding of horticultural principles, plant selection, and site analysis. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1+,525.85 - ₹35,000.00 per month
