Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Lawyer/Company Secretary/Chartered Accountant based in Mumbai at Clarence & Partners. The role involves handling NBFC compliance issues and requires office attendance in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The day-to-day tasks include providing legal counsel, overseeing compliance matters, and managing financial transactions, among other responsibilities.
