To support our rapid growth, we are hiring a Senior Lead Generation & Paid Ads Expert to establish and manage our lead generation and paid advertising systems. This role is hands-on initially, transitioning into a leadership position as the company scales. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in outbound lead generation, automation tools, and performance-driven paid advertising.

Role Overview

As the Senior Lead Generation & Paid Ads Expert, you will:
• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold outreach.
• Implement and manage automation tools such as HeyReach, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, and others.
• Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Work with international clients, managing multiple accounts and ensuring high performance across campaigns.
• Set up and optimize systems for Blarky internally, then onboard and manage lead generation for our first clients.
• Oversee outreach strategy, copywriting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Use AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Clay to improve lead generation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach
• Design and manage multi-channel outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
• Leverage automation platforms (HeyReach, Instantly, Apollo, Clay) to scale outreach efforts.
• Write, test, and optimize outreach sequences to improve response and conversion rates.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators such as open rates, reply rates, and booked calls.

Paid Advertising (Highly Desirable)
• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Run remarketing campaigns to engage and convert warm leads.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to improve results.
• Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure a strong return on investment.

AI & Automation
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Make, Zapier, N8n and other automation platforms to scale and personalize outreach.
• Experiment with AI-driven copywriting, automated lead nurturing, and campaign analytics.
• Leverage AI-based insights to continuously optimize campaign performance and lead quality.

Client & Account Management
• Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high performance across outreach and paid advertising efforts.
• Develop customized lead generation strategies based on client objectives and market positioning.
• Provide regular reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the founder to expand and refine Blarky’s lead generation and paid advertising offerings.

Who You Are (Requirements)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or demand generation.
• Experience in managing multi-client campaigns within an agency setting (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools: HeyReach, Instantly, Apollo, Clay.
• Excellent copywriting skills for crafting high-converting outbound campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (highly desirable).
• Deep understanding of key outbound KPIs (open rates, response rates, conversion rates).
• Experience working with international clients in regions such as the US, UK, Australia, and Europe.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to set up, implement, and run outbound systems independently.
• Experience working with Salesforce partners or B2B SaaS companies is a plus.
• Passion for AI-driven automation and data-driven lead generation strategies.

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred): Experience with B2B lead generation using web scraping and automation tools like Apify, Scrapy, Selenium, or Octoparse. Ability to extract, clean, and enrich large datasets efficiently, integrating with lead enrichment platforms such as Apollo.io, Clay.com, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for verified contact details. Proven ability to automate data collection and streamline outbound lead generation processes.
