Role Summary

As a senior lawyer at Allygroup, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to the department on complex privacy and administrative law matters.

Key Responsibilities

Support the department's implementation of the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act, as well as business as usual privacy law advising and governance work.
Provide general administrative law advice and assist in the conduct of proceedings in the Administrative Review Tribunal.
Support the department's legislation development work, including in connection with the management of FF(SP) amendments as required.
