Responsibilities :
- Manage key talent processes throughout the year to drive our high-performance culture
- Develop deep understanding of key talent within the organization; facilitate talent sharing efforts across divisions to fill critical roles and create talent development opportunities
- Drive and execute succession planning within the organization, focusing on critical roles, developing talent maps and re-enforcing follow up on development plans and actions
- Identify organizational and talent development needs and develop programs to address those needs
Qualification/Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Industrial /Organizational Psychology
- Significant and proven previous experience in human resources of increasing scope with specific experience in HR client support and talent development roles
- Fluency in English
