Location – Gurgaon
Job Summary :
This position is responsible for executing and overseeing digital transformation efforts for India & South West Asia Operating Unit. This position will work to build and execute digital strategies with business goals and objectives, ensuring that the INSWA system accelerates and leverages digital priorities effectively to drive maximise opportunity, improve efficiency, and enhance the consumer experience.
This position plays a critical role in driving the digital agenda and ensuring the organization is well-positioned to succeed in the digital age.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Execution of digital Strategy and acceleration plans to leverage digital and data to deliver a multiplier impact on Business Objectives.
• Provide leadership on the digital landscape, new age technologies, competitive and marketplace trends, and steward business implications.
• Influence and gain alignment with leadership & functional teams on planning vision, strategies, initiatives, and resource prioritisation.
• Work closely with relevant Global teams, the Digital Council and the Marketing Transformation Office to develop and implement global experiences. Establish KPIs to measure the success and impact of digital acceleration initiatives.
• Work closely with DTS, Marketing, Customer & Commercial teams, operations and other relevant departments to identify, prioritize, and execute digital projects.
• Evaluate and recommend new digital technologies, tools, and platforms that can enhance business operations and drive growth.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives throughout the organization.
• Monitor and analyze the impact of digital transformation efforts on business performance, making necessary adjustments to the strategy as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital space.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, informing them of progress and any challenges.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to support digital projects.
Requirements :
The incumbent should possess and demonstrate a combination of leadership, digital and business skills including:
• Strategic Thinking: Identifying opportunities and gaps and developing short- and long-term joint business objectives. Exhibits a holistic understanding of digital trends, and business fundamentals to create actionable strategies and plans that drive the business.
• Digital Acumen: Passion for digital and technology topics and trends and can connect with business priorities
• Influential Leadership: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, coordinate dependencies and manage risks in complex environments. Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills with the ability to communicate complex information in interactions at all organizational levels.
• Data and Insights to Action: Demonstrated aptitude for analytics, with an ability to understand complex data, convert it to insights, understand business implications, and utilize it to influence and gain alignment.
• Results-Driven: Experience working in a fast-moving ambiguous market with a lean team or startup environment. Strong project management capability, including project scoping, brief development, and project team lead.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience as a digital incubation, digital business consultant or similar leadership role.
