"Data Delivery Group Practice" is part of "Data Products & Data Delivery" domain within CDAO. We are a multi-disciplinary team of passionate end-to-end data & analytics delivery professionals that enables data delivery democratisation/ autonomy, uplift data maturity and literacy across the Group. We provide data delivery thought leadership/ guidance and create leading examples of delivering data safely and swiftly for the Group, using latest data & AI strategies, cutting edge solutions, latest technology tooling, simplified delivery patterns & new ways of working.

Reporting to Group Practice Lead Data Delivery, you will lead a wide variety of multi-disciplinary outcomes from strategy to execution, providing guidance & education to data delivery community across the organisation towards industry best maturity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide data delivery guidance for evolving needs from federation, strategy and transformation
Create/ lead data delivery knowledge management outcomes via playbooks, learning materials & education sessions
Create/ lead data maturity outcomes and data literacy initiatives
Work with other group practices to collectively align towards data, analytics, AI & engineering outcomes
Understand complex business problems and devise data & AI driven solutions
Innovate to continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate & improve data delivery speed
Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
Effectively manage blockers, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and associated escalations
Set standards and ensure best practices of delivery, agility, engineering, Data DevSecOps, data management, risk management are followed
Lead and inspire a high performing team of engineers executing end-to-end data delivery for leading examples of accelerated data delivery and new solution patterns/ capabilities
Own and drive E2E data delivery cycle and deliver prioritised outcomes in time with high quality
We're interested in hearing from people who have
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
Demonstrated experience playing a data/ analytics Product Owner (PO)/ Project or Program Manager/ Chapter lead roles in large Banks/ organizations
Demonstrated experience in Practice management, designing & delivering training programs in large Banks/ organisation
Strong expertise in data intensive environments including databases, data lake houses, data warehouses and data platforms
Deep understanding of data delivery life cycle & associated concepts including data analysis, data profiling, data design, data modelling, data ingestion, data cleansing, data extraction, data definitions/dictionary, data lineage mapping, data classification, data quality, etc. and data management/ data governance processes
Good knowledge of industry best practices and standards for Data, Analytics and AI domains
