Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager / Head of Sales Process with 7-8 years of experience in managing and optimizing BPO sales operations for US, UK, and European markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, process efficiency, team management, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in inside sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and sales automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies and revenue generation plans for international markets.
• Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and account expansion for BPO services.
• Identify new business opportunities and optimize sales pipelines and conversion rates.
• Work closely with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with market trends.
Sales Process Optimization & Performance Management
• Oversee end-to-end sales operations, ensuring high efficiency and scalability.
• Implement CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to improve lead tracking and reporting.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and sales metrics to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Optimize sales scripts, pitch decks, and sales training programs for better customer engagement.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Manage and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, business development executives, and account managers.
• Conduct regular training and skill development programs to enhance sales capabilities.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to align sales with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development.
• Stay updated with BPO industry trends, emerging sales techniques, and customer preferences.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to improve sales forecasting and decision-making.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong expertise in BPO sales processes (US/UK/Europe), lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Proven experience in inside sales, account management, and business development.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales automation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive sales team performance, motivation, and target achievement.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for revenue growth and process optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Certification in Sales & Marketing, CRM, or Digital Sales Strategies is a plus.
