Senior Manager Legal Real Estate Llb

Role Summary :

- The incumbent is responsible for coordinating with external legal consultants in drafting of agreements, and legal inquiring of all project related documents and contracts in order to prevent any legal issues for the company.

- Focus area for the role will be conducting TDDs for acquisition of lands in and around the Pune region, knowledge and experience in handling other real estate assignments including RERA/customer litigation will be an added advantage
