Job description
Candidates must be able to travel extensively to 3PL warehouse located in Leicestershire, UK.

This is a manager position that will:
• Serve as a key interface between Toast and 3PL partners for forward and reverse logistics operations in the UK/Ireland markets
• Support the sustained performance management of fulfilment operations at third party partners
• Cultivate trusted relationships with logistics partners at both the management and operational levels in order to appropriately drive desired outcomes
• Ensure Toast Hardware Operations objectives are met to ensure continued end customer satisfaction, adhering to financial objectives and achieving operational excellence in service levels.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
• Responsible for the development and management of key performance indicators for fulfilment of hardware orders and also ensuring partners are set up to achieve these metrics consistently
• Own the cost and performance management of all fulfilment operations at 3PL site as well as delivery performance of orders to Toast customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery exceptions and manage carrier partnerships. Seek continuous improvement in delivering Toast hardware to delight customers
• Responsible for managing 3PL inventory processes via detailed exploration and understanding of the requirements across all internal teams at Toast (i.e. Accounting, Planning, NPI, Finance, Product, Quality, and Business Technology)
• Accountable for the on-going operational excellence of 3PL partner for all inventory transactions including receipts, cycle counts, returns and vendor shipments. This includes inventory reconciliation, and managing for accuracy, availability and quality
• Manage inventory quality procedures including inventory disposition in available, QA hold and scrap
• Support systems and cycle count true up between Toast ERP and our 3PL partner sites.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Fulfilment and Delivery operations management
• Subject Matter Expertise in fulfilment operations
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, TMS and ERP systems like Netsuite
• Must have ability to analyse operational problems, and clearly present recommendations to resolve
• Strong project management and planning skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Must demonstrate attention to detail and bring a results driven approach with ability to drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment, and to adapt while focusing on departmental goals and objectives
• Able to travel extensively to 3PL warehouse located in Leicestershire, UK.

• Global logistics experience (EU or other region experience)
