Marketing Analyst for BPO (Senior Manager)

In this role, you will be deeply involved in planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives, while working closely with inter-departmental teams. You will be an integral part of enhancing market presence and awareness for our diverse offerings. This will involve building relations with key analyst/ advisor firms and participating in industry events and summits. This role further entails driving Thought Leadership through contributions in blogs, newsletters and research studies. As an enabler for carrying out your role effectively, you can expect a collaborative and innovative work culture, conducive for individual and team excellence.

Responsibilities / Expected Deliverables:

Roles and responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned to the company's overall objectives

- Drive revenue growth through effective market positioning and differentiation

- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats

- Develop and implement plans to enhance market positioning and brand visibility

- Drive demand and build market presence and awareness through events, roundtables, webinars, and digital promotions

- Cultivate relations with analyst firms like Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest, ISG and Nelson Hall.

- Effectively manage analyst ranking surveys in co-ordination with diverse business teams ensuring a favorable positioning for company

- Strategize, package and position content across digital platforms with a focus in impact

- Drive demand and build awareness through events, roundtables, webinars, and digital promotions

- Creating content and managing positioning in website, creating sales kits including case studies, whitepapers, presentations etc.
