The Role Design & Execution team leverages client insights, organizational strategy, and retail distribution expertise to design and execute roles for meaningful careers ensuring RBC has the best talent with the right capabilities for today and the future. As a member of the Role Team, the Senior Manager will apply extensive in-depth knowledge, skills, and insights to build, lead, and support key role strategies, ensuring the successful implementation of priority initiatives through a network of business and enablement partners. Create and present strategies with senior leaders.
What will you do?
Contribute to the evolution of channel roles in response to internal and external forces of change
Shape the future of roles to maximize performance in alignment with business objectives
Identify opportunities to test, learn, pivot, on key initiatives based on observations and input from field experience
Provide expertise and innovation in role practice management, contributing to the role standards/playbook for all roles in all formats
Actively participate to the overall monitoring of role health / performance
Support Enabling Performance and Annual Cycle routines
Execution lead on assigned Role Strategy Initiatives collaborating with IM and AC Role Owners as needed
Role lead on select Regulatory / Risks and Controls initiatives
Impact and Influence partners to deliver on strategic initiatives on behalf of role owners.
Responsibilities
Key contributor supporting Role Strategy planning and execution
Provide integrated support for cross-channel initiatives representing both AC and IM roles as needed
Role lead on a variety of strategy, execution, innovation, digitization and practice management programs
Must Haves:
3+ years of Change Management experience.
Branch Leadership Experience is a must have.
Experience in Role Design is mandatory.
Experience working with Cross-Departmental teams.
Proactiveness and Taking Initiative should be a usual behavior.
Nice to Haves:
Experience working with Agile Methodology.
Experience in Digital Transformation.
Experience with Organizational Change Management.
Experience with long term planning.
