The Impact You’ll Make:
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition Advisor’s supporting specialized and technical groups. This role is responsible for creating recruitment strategies, planning and execution of sourcing, pipelining, and experiences to ensure talent deliverables and hiring targets are met.

What you’ll do:
Develop, coach, and foster continuous engagement and development within your team of direct reports, and peers across Talent Acquisition
Build scalable recruitment strategies to support various lines of business within tech and specialized job families
Lead talent sourcing and pipelining projects utilizing innovative techniques, job market trends through leveraging technology and industry networks
Leverage the power of data to up-level our hiring operations and experiences
Deliver actionable insights that will improve overall metrics and help inform strategic decisions, workforce planning and allocation of resources
Ensure the accuracy of weekly/quarterly reporting for each business unit, and present to senior management
Support Colleague Value Propositions (EVP) and Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
Support planning and execution of networking events with community partners to promote the brand and build a strong talent pipeline
Build strong relationships and partnerships with our hiring managers and Senior leadership teams
Lead full recruitment cycle technical recruitment
Collaborate on and in some cases lead program initiatives and/or projects that will help evolve our TA maturity and TA community of practice
Does this sound like you?
8+ years of progressive recruitment and leadership experience, preferably within technical and/or specialized job families
Clear accountability, evident in your strategic prioritization and deliberate approach to driving and achieving results
Strong proficiency in leveraging data-driven talent insights to inform decision making
Experience building reporting tools, automation and managing performance metrics
Experience recruiting in tech or high growth organizations, with proven experience in sourcing technical roles
Demonstrated expertise in global recruitment or international sourcing will be considered an asset
Proven experience in building and executing scalable recruitment strategies
Experience with driving a social media presence and recruitment campaigns
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a large, fast-paced and changing environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to create connections and gain trust
Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on verbal reasoning, and issue resolution
