The Manufacturing Program Manager will ensure the seamless integration of advanced technologies, fostering continuous improvement and delivering projects that align with Worley’s sustainability goals
Project Leadership: Manage and deliver multi-million-dollar projects from conception to closure, ensuring alignment with Worley’s sustainability objectives
Oversee diverse teams across multiple locations to achieve seamless project integration and successful outcomes
Technology Integration: Drive the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including robotics, automation, model-based design, and advanced sensors, to enhance manufacturing processes’ efficiency, quality, and throughput
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Expertise: Lead the design, development, and management of DFM production facilities, ensuring that manufacturing processes are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
Manufacturing Facility Design: Oversee the design and development of manufacturing facilities that align with industry best practices, optimize production capabilities, and support Worley’s vision of sustainable change
Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging proprietary technology and modularization techniques to optimize manufacturing processes and deliver sustainable value to customers
Team Building and Leadership: Build and lead a multidisciplinary team that includes:
Design Engineers: Responsible for creating initial product designs, ensuring they can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively, and considering factors such as simplicity, standardization, materials, tolerances, environment, and assembly

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Senior Manufacturing Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Worley’s ambition to lead in sustainable solutions within the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.
