Senior Marketing Communications Specialist (Maternity Cover)
This role will manage the development and execution of regional marketing communications projects in support of the Eastern Hemisphere Marketing Communications team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute customer-facing marketing communications campaigns and projects, including sales collateral, ads, tradeshow and conference planning, web content, videos, and more in partnership with regional marketing teams, sales, RD&E, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support the Eastern Hemisphere (EH) marketing communications strategy, working closely with the EH Marketing Communications Manager and other regional leaders.
• Work collaboratively with internal Digital Marketing, Creative Services, and Events teams, as well as third-party contractors and agencies, to develop and execute projects according to the regional strategy.
• Support planning and execution of our regional tradeshow and customer events, including facilitating the review and submission process for abstracts, external technical papers, and presentations.
• Proactively problem-solve when challenges present themselves.
• Adhere to and help continuously improve workflow processes when needed.
• Champion the company brand identity across all developed materials and uphold brand and trademark standards and consistency in all projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and/or;
• 4 years of experience in a communications role
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to quickly build trust and strong professional relationships.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SharePoint Online, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Workfront
• Prior experience in the oil and gas or specialty chemicals industries
