Senior Marketing Manager

Relevant years of experience in a brand marketing role with a depth & breadth of brand marketing experience at a senior level, including strong focus on social/digital marketing, PR and retail marketing as a priority (ideally between 5-10 years)
FMCG/CPG experience
Strong commercial & business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Must demonstrate leadership ability and be able to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, while holding stakeholders accountable to deliver on business objectives.
Proven experience managing, developing and motivating direct reports and helping junior markers perform to a high standard.
Strong communication & influencing skills, with the ability to translate messages across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
A go-getter with energy, creativity and determination to continuously improve and push boundaries. Strong solutions-focussed mindset, with high levels of resilience & passion.
