Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement robust full-stack solutions for mobile applications.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services using RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Design scalable and maintainable mobile application architectures.
• Ensure high standards of code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Optimize performance of mobile applications, including offline-first strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Stay updated with latest trends and tools in mobile development.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Must Have:

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React Native.
• Solid understanding of React fundamentals (components, state, props, lifecycle).
• Experience with native mobile development using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).
• Proficient in Redux or other state management libraries.
• Strong experience in RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks such as Jest or Detox.

Technical Leadership:
• Ability to design scalable architectures.
• Promote and enforce clean, maintainable code.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in small, agile teams.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Maestro for mobile UI testing and automation.
• Familiarity with Snyk for security vulnerability scanning.
• Knowledge of Quokka.js for real-time debugging.
• Exposure to LambdaTest for cross-browser testing.
• Background or interest in the Finance/Loan domain.
