Job Description:

LWYD Interactive is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end video production process—from concept development to final delivery. You will bring stories to life through compelling motion graphics, color grading, and high-quality video editing that aligns with our clients' brand visions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualise and execute video editing projects, including assembling raw footage, adding music, sound effects, and voice overs
• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various platforms.
• Perform video color grading to enhance visual storytelling and meet aesthetic standards.
• Design and manage graphics assets to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts that align with project goals.
• Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:
• 3- 5 years experience working on national brands.
• Excellent proficiency in Video Editing.
• Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics.
• Experience in Graphics and Animation Design.
• Strong creative vision and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in working with advertising agencies is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing professional video editing projects.
• Ability to produce high-quality video content within given timelines
