When not addressing primary project topics, focus will be on supporting other regional network issues and acting as the internal SME providing guidance to both ISP for outages as well as the MSP monitoring Team

Job Description:

We are looking for an L3 Network Engineer to work on-site in Bay City, TX. The Network Engineer will be participating in new deployments, system upgrades, migration projects, and responding to trouble tickets. This person will be responsible for working off of high-level designs to complete the setup, configuration, and deployment of Cisco switches, FortiGate firewalls and wireless access points/controllers. They will also be creating project documentation and user manuals, so strong communication and documentation skills are required. The expectation is that this person can quickly jump in and find answers / solutions as they move from the project building phase to plant test/run, then to production.

Required skills:

Network Architecture Design experience.
