About the Role
As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll be a key player within our high-performing Infrastructure Services team. You'll take ownership of critical network operations, ensuring seamless performance, high availability, and continuous improvement across our customers' environments. You’ll drive best-in-class outcomes through your deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and passion for operational excellence.
While the role is anchored in BAU excellence, you’ll also step into project-based initiatives, collaborating across teams to deliver innovation in areas such as SD-WAN, cloud networking, and next-gen infrastructure. Scope of Role
Act as the SME for managed service customers, overseeing the updating of network documentation and facilitating project handovers.
Maintenance and management of a wide range of network services including on-prem, datacentre, cloud, LAN, WAN and security
Develop, support and enhance deployments of network services across various network solutions and offerings
Develop and maintain secure, reliable and high performing network infrastructure
Develop and deliver various components of network infrastructure platforms
Optimize the architecture of deployed network services
Create and maintain strong technical documentation for managed systems and services
Fulfilment of BAU requests, project delivery tasks and technology initiatives
Delivery of small-scale projects
Develop and enhance technology processes to improve efficiencies across the deployment base
About You
You're an experienced network professional who’s confident managing complex enterprise networks and is driven by delivering reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. You enjoy both leading operational excellence and getting hands-on with network architecture and project delivery. Experience coaching/mentoring engineers would be highly valued. Key skills & experience include:
At least 7+ years in managing, configuring, enhancing, and maintaining datacentre, cloud, LAN, WAN and security network services.
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in routing and switching skills - Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Juniper (atleast one)
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Firewall products and services - Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco (atleast one)
Load Balancing Technology - F5 or NetScaler (desirable)
Wireless solution including NAC services - Cisco/ISE or Aruba ClearPass (desirable)
Knowledge across Cloud providers - Microsoft Azure & AWS
Ability to work in a team environment with a shared workload
Good communication and documentation skills
Technical certifications in relevant technology areas (preferred)
