About the Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Perioperative Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis. As a Registered Nurse - Perioperative, you will be responsible for delivering safe and researched-based standards of nursing care, undertaking peri-operative nursing care in accordance with legislation, and liaising with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve excellence in patient outcomes and hospital experience.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve excellence in patient outcomes and hospital experience
To be successful in this role, you will require current registration with AHPRA, minimum 3 years' experience as an RN in a perioperative setting, and experience in Neurosurgery, Cardiac, Cardiothoracic and Orthopaedic (desirable). You must also be committed to quality patient care, work independently and within a team, have exceptional time management and organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Our Operating Theatre complex has 16 theatres, 32 first stage recovery bays as well as an additional 32 second stage chairs. Our specialties include General (including laparoscopic), Colorectal, Bariatric, Orthopaedic, Cardiothoracic, ENT, Plastics, Paediatric, Oral & Dental, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Ophthalmic, Robotics, Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery, Urology and Vascular surgery.
