Job Summary:

The HR Operations Executive will support the HR functions IT consulting and staff augmentation company for USA. This role is responsible for HR administration, compliance, payroll coordination, onboarding, employee records management, reporting and continuous improvements. The candidate will work closely with the U.S. HR team to ensure seamless HR operations, compliance with international labor laws, and efficient HR processes for onshore employees. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in HR operations, and the ability to manage HR systems and reporting functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Data Management : Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Onboarding & Offboarding : Support end-to-end processes for onboarding new hires and offboarding employees, including documentation and compliance tracking.
- Payroll & Benefits Support : Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration in coordination with the U.S. HR team.
- HR Compliance & Policies : Ensure HR policies and procedures adhere to labor laws and company regulations, supporting audits and compliance checks.
- Employee Relations Support : Respond to HR inquiries from onshore employees, assisting with issue resolution and HR policy clarification.
- Reporting & Analytics : Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Process Improvement : Identify areas for efficiency enhancement in HR operations and contribute to automation and workflow enhancements.
- Talent Management Support : Assist with performance management tracking, training coordination, and HR engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services, preferably supporting U.S.-based companies.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Ceipal, EmployEz or similar).
- Experience with payroll, benefits, and compliance support for onshore teams.
- Understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR policies is a plus.
- Strong Excel and data analytics skills; experience with HR reporting tools is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in U.S. time zones or flexible shifts as required.

Roles and responsibilities
Contribute to the development of operational strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement policies and procedures.
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Implement and monitor streamlined workflows and standardized procedures.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in operations.
Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.

Willingness to commute to client location, and carry out kitchen visits; owning two wheeler will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in food industry.

Flexibility and willingness to take on any tasks to support team efforts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge and experience of working with food, technology and people management Result-oriented and accountability.
Proven experience in managing successful teams in a similar environment.
Basic Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of HSEQ standards.
Excellent financial and application acumen.
Self-motivated, agile and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Overall 5+years of experience with minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management discipline.
Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
The candidate will be required to work for 6 days a week.
