Cardiac Rhythm is looking to hire operations executives who will assist the company's sales and clinical technician teams to deliver their best service to customers, The incoming candidates will be based in Chennai. She will be meticulous in following-up and adept at MS office (Excel & Access in particular).
Job Duties
• Work with the field team and assist in managing customer relationships
• Assist the sales team with meeting schedules and follow-ups
• Manage sales orders and ensure prompt and timely service by the servicing team
• Manage the company’s assets and ensure trackability
• Assist in invoicing and collections
• Answer customer support queries if any
• Prepare monthly performance reports for the senior management team
• Act as the fulcrum for the company, working between cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth
