We have an opportunity for a Senior Organisational Development Consultant to be part of our People and Culture Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.
The Senior OD Consultant is responsible for design, delivery, and implementation of fit-for-purpose organisational development solutions to improve employee experience and culture outcomes for the agency. By providing excellent customer service, project management and advisory support, this role helps to implement and realise the benefits of people and culture projects & change initiatives.
The role contributes delivering the agency's priorities of building a modern, flexible, and responsive organisation that values its people.
The role contributes to delivering the People & Culture objectives around improving employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, leadership development and succession planning outcomes.

You acknowledge your work, health and safety obligations and our expectations when applying for a role.
The incumbent will be required to undertake emergency management training and must be willing to participate in emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities required by government agencies.
Possession of a current driver's licence and willingness to drive.
Out of hours work and inter / intrastate travel may be required.
Remuneration
ASO6 - $+8,478 min - $104,165 max per annum, plus superannuation
