Purpose of the Job

The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive level of support to the Product Manager by coordinating day to day activities and relationships on the SmartEarn solution; affiliate networks,merchant and supplier relationships. The job also works closely with both the Senior Account Managers for each client to deliver robust operations and campaign support.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Partnerships Management

To Attend Network events, merchant/network meetings as required.
To provide day to day coordination of affiliate partnership communications, queries and updates.
New Merchant Onboarding and Maintenance

Setup new merchants approved by Client Services Team
SmartEarn network merchant updates (e.g. closure, change to terms, commission rates, ammending logos, and merchant trackers across all SmartEarn clients)
Monitoring Affiliate inbox daily and share summary to Client Services Team daily of key events
Network Sales Tracking Audits and troubleshooting tech issues.
Auditing voucher pages for expiry daily.
Auditing merchant terms and conditions and delivery conditions at assigned regular interval
Auditing fraudulent member activity as and when required.
SmartEarn and SmartRedeem Software & Solutions

Support tracking and reporting (in accordance with standard SLAs)
Checking client websites are live, testing content e.g. homepage banners/ no other display issues - Front end checks. Daily check on client home page for bonus offers
