We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to join our Payroll Operations team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, keen to embrace change, has a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Your Opportunity:

You'll be joining a team of 10 who look after all the payroll related functions for approximately 5,500 employees nationally across 8 Legal entities with weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay cycles. The success of this team is based on being a team player. Your day-to-day will include but not limited to:

Prepare and run weekly, fortnightly and monthly Payruns
Minimum standards for document handling and filing are met
Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain Payroll information
Ensure all payroll processes completed in a timely and accurate manner
Building and maintaining relationships with key members of the business
Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, terminations etc.
All queries are to be attended to in a prompt manner in accordance with our minimum standards
Understanding of the Flight Centre Agreement as well as all other remuneration models/agreements within the business
Clear understanding of Payroll and Fair Work legislation changes and identify/raise when this impacts the FCTG Payroll
