Senior People Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid 1 day in office per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: 60K-65K
Reports to: Head of People

Key Responsibilities
• Support line managers in resolving complex ER cases such as grievances, disciplinaries, and restructures.
• Deliver expert advice on employment law and company policies.
• Lead and contribute to people projects across onboarding, health & wellbeing, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Oversee the analysis of attrition trends and support action planning through exit interviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consistently improve the employee experience.
• Provide data-driven insights to drive ER initiatives and manage employee benefits.
• Offer guidance on employment matters relating to sponsored workers and immigration compliance.
• Review and enhance HR processes to improve operational effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate
• CIPD Level 5 qualified with proven experience in managing complex ER cases.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring line managers and HR colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
