Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Executive
Salary: £33,300-£43,400 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid
Contract: Full time, permanent, 35 hours per week

Join Cambridge Online Education as our Senior Performance Marketing Executive and lead innovative marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement across B2C and B2B audiences.

About The Role
As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will play an important role in managing and optimising our performance marketing channels, including LinkedIn Advertising and Google PPC. You will develop and implement multichannel campaign plans, ensuring exceptional execution of creative messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audiences. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making will be crucial in monitoring and optimizing campaigns to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution: Oversee performance marketing channels to drive lead generation and sales.
Creative/Content Development: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to create compelling content and messaging.
Targeting & Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of global targeting and demographics to ensure our courses reach the right prospects.
Performance Tracking & Analysis: Utilise tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce to track and measure campaign performance.
Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage performance media marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
About You
We are looking for someone with a strong background in digital performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Advertising and Google PPC. You should have a proven track record in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with a clear record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and engagement goals. Strong project management skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a data-driven mindset are essential for this role.
