• Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus
• And additional benefits!

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to WelbeHealth participants, including but not limited to assisting with escorting, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, and physical lifting when transferring participants
• Measure and document participants’ vital signs as instructed
• Act as a medical ****** when needed, assisting participants with boarding and exiting WelbeHealth transportation vehicles
• Oversee activity on the day center floor to assure participant safety
• Assist with meal service, ensuring participants receive the correct meals, as well as assist with feeding when needed
• Maintain personal care supplies such as incontinence supplies and grooming items

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
