About the Role

The Senior Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving new business and managing ON PURPOSE's media and marketing initiatives, while also providing exceptional client servicing and media relations. This position requires a proactive problem-solving attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.

New Business & ON PURPOSE Media and Marketing:
• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to enhance visibility and brand positioning;
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including content creation and dissemination for thought-leadership articles, press releases, and media outreach;
• Contribute to research, ideation, and proposal preparation for new business opportunities;
• Actively participate in business development pitches and strengthen presentation and storytelling skills;

Client Servicing & Media Relations:
• Build trusted relationships with clients and develop tailored PR plans to meet their business objectives;
• Anticipate and resolve client challenges proactively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention;
• Plan, manage, and execute client events such as press conferences, media briefings, and regional/national interactions;
• Prepare high-quality documents, including client review reports;

Requirements:
• Masters degree preferred;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience;
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with an eagerness to contribute to organisational growth;
• Strong client management and media relations skills, with a proven ability to deliver results;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize;
• Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure;
