What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Product Manager, Creditor & Travel, you will support the client led development of new products and execution of the Creditor and Travel product growth strategy. Through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders you will optimize both our clients and advisors experiences with our products and end to end processes.

What will you do?

Assist in development of Product Roadmaps that will determine the strategic focus for the products.
Create compelling business cases and presentations to support Product Development initiatives.
Be responsible for leading scope of development for new initiatives.
Negotiate priorities between competing stakeholder interests.
Develop a deep understanding of the products and the client needs.
Lead resolution of all issues that impact the advisor or client experience.
What will you need to succeed?

Must-have

2 to 3 years’ Product Management and Product Design experience
Experience developing business cases
Experience developing and delivering executive level presentations
Experience working with data to generate insights and action plans
Experience with leading initiatives
Above average collaboration skills
Nice to have

Product management experience with insurance products (Creditor Insurance preferred)
Product design experience with insurance products (Creditor Insurance preferred)
Understanding of Bank distribution channels and systems
Experience working on agile projects
Bilingual (French and English)
