Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production Engineer located in Singur, West Nengal. The Senior Production Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to production engineering such as production planning, quality control, and utilizing analytical skills to meet the company's manufacturing goals. The Senior Production. Engineer will also need excellent communication skills to work efficiently with various personnel within the organization.
Qualifications
Production Engineering skills and experience
Hands on Experience is must required in QA/Production of Power Transformers upto 100MVA
Analytical Skills to identify and solve problems with production
Production Planning skills to meet organizational goals
Quality Control skills to ensure that products are manufactured to meet established standards
Excellent Communication skills to facilitate efficient collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Hands-on experience in transformer manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a similar role
Experience in managing a team is a plus,
