Duties

Provide strategic support and high-quality advice on matters relating to people capability and development projects, policies and planning, for the achievement of the Department for Education, Children and Young People’s (DECYP) goals by optimising and developing its workforce. Contribute to the identification, development, and delivery of initiatives and policies fundamental to the DECYP workforce.

Period of Appointment

ASAP until + November 2025

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

73.5 hours per fortnight

Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
Desirable Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications
A current driver’s license
