Core Responsibilities:
Project Management: Manage the execution of complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Project Planning: Contribute to the development of project plans that align with strategic business goals, proactively identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Develop schedules and resource calculators (scopes) to guide each project, updating as the project / business dictates.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful and on-time / budget project delivery. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of project elements.
Process: Create order out of chaos while leaving enough room for creativity to thrive. Proactively identify ways to improve accounts / agency processes.
Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources and staffing for projects, adapting to changing project needs and priorities.
Set High Standards: Monitor and uphold the quality of project deliverables, implementing improvements and innovations in project processes.
Financial Management: Manage project estimates and budgets in Workamajig, tracking expenses and ensuring financial objectives are met. Manage burn reporting on a monthly basis.

Qualifications and Experience:
5-8 years of experience in project management, ideally in an advertising agency or a similar office environment.
Proven ability to align with our values and contribute positively to team culture.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using workflow and project management tools such as Workamajig, Google Workspace, Slack, and Wrike.
Excellent proactive communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
A solutions-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
