• Schedule Management: Create and manage weekly schedules for efficient resource allocation and ensure smooth project execution.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to allocate resources effectively and address any issues promptly.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that all projects adhere to established quality standards and specifications.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any project-related issues or bottlenecks to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Process Adherence: Maintain 100% adherence to internal processes and procedures.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of site work and progress.
• Project Completion: Achieve 100% project completion within the specified timeframe and meet quality standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high overall CSAT score.
