Qualifications
Quality Engineering or Operations experience with working knowledge of engineering development, material acquisition, production, test, and product acceptance
Experience working with Space hardware
Minimum of 5 years' experience
BS in STEM field
Proficiency in Quality engineering, First Article Inspection, Audit, test requirements, quality assurance, root cause analysis, AS+100, and quality management
Experience in the infrared industry, semiconductor processing, or DoD industry
Experience working with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) or with Mission Planning for National Security Space Vehicles
Maintaining an inclusive environment through persistent self-reflection

Responsibilities

The Senior Quality Engineer will create quality planning to administer customer and internal quality requirements to program teams and supply base
