About The Senior Recruiter Role

We are looking to add a Senior Recruiter to our growing team! You have 4+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition. You are a high-energy strategic thinker. You have experience in working with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. You are timeline and goals-driven.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Attract and nurture talent through ATS, LinkedIn, social media and referrals
• Serve as the primary contact and help create an outstanding experience for candidates
• Act as a high-energy brand ambassador for WIN on social media and other channels
• Build and continually refine best practices and target metrics for recruiting
• Be highly responsive, and communicate rapidly with the team and management

Required Qualifications
• 4-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally including technical roles
• Experience working with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to build relationships
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Like to work hard, have fun, laugh with colleagues, and embrace accountability
