Sales Coordination

Reporting to : GM and Zonal Head

Role :
• Sales Team Coordination:
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
• Act as a point of contact for the sales team, helping them with logistical and administrative tasks.
• Track sales targets, assist with goal setting, and report on progress regularly.
• Inventory and Order Management:
• Track inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
• Monitor and ensure timely processing of orders, ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Assist with the delivery and shipping coordination to meet customer expectations.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, administrative support, or customer service roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and order management systems.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot customer concerns and find solutions in a timely manner.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and departments.
• Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer-focused attitude, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure follow-up on open sales orders.
• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Role and Responsibilities :
• · Responsibility - These should correspond with Task Areas of the individual
• · Receiving enquiries from customer's, coordinating with Design and submitting techno commercial offer to Customer
• · Work hand in hand with Zonal Head for the conversion of enquiries into order and achieving targets.
• · Follow up for Purchase Orders, Products, Approved Drawings, and Release Sales order
• · Follow up for Advance Payment, Permits, delivery instructions & balance payments
• · Update Sales Tracker, SAP continuously
• · Attend Planning meetings in absence of Zonal head
• · Attend Exhibitions as Sales team member
• · Co-ordinate with Accounts department, PPC & Dispatch for smooth execution of Order.

Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have

• · Well versed with MS Office
• · Worked as sales Coordinator
• · Knowledge of commercial aspect of sales
• · Has done payment follow-up

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
