We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer for our sales department. The location of the position will be Ahmedabad, India, to support the growth of regional sales and promote the entire range of products offered by the company to the customers in the West region.

Salary: +.5Lac Including variable pay of 16%.

Job Details:
• You will be responsible for the sales growth and profitability in the Gujarat region.
• You will be responsible for end-to-end sales and new business/new product development in this region.
• You will be responsible for generating, converting, and managing projects for key target customers in this region.
• You will be responsible for the turnover and margin of the region.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures to ensure that customer projects, quotations, and orders are processed efficiently.
• You will have the opportunity to develop short and long-term strategic sales plans for key customers and global key accounts, utilizing Sales Excellence Tools.
• Your responsibilities include identifying, researching, and contacting prospective target growth customers that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• You will be responsible for building customer relationships and strategic partnerships, assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate products and services, responding to complex customer inquiries, negotiating prices and delivery times, and winning sales orders to meet sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:
• Technical Education (minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering)
• 6-8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, especially in Sales roles.
• Excellent prioritization skills.
• Experience in working in a global organization
