Roles and Responsibilities Communicate with potential customers and present the project during site visits ,follow up with clients through the decision-making process and close the deal.
Plan, organize, and coordinate the sales and marketing activities.
Must develop knowledge on layout projects, ventures and residential projects Resolve project-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction Client database management on a daily basis Weekly reporting to management with analysis Achieve Monthly/Quarterly business targets of self and team Provide market research and analysis for existing and upcoming real estate developments.
Coordinate with the client for Real estate sales, Corporate events, Hospitality Should be able to identify potential buyers and convert the leads Develop field sales action plans Set individual Sales targets with sales team Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training Develop sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues Work on sales scripts with agents Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting Plan and direct sales team training Required Candidate Profile Good communication skills and soft skills English speaking mandatory; Fluency in Telugu and Hindi Self-reliant (works with minimum supervision
