Job Description
• Team Leader with strong analytical, problem solving & organisational abilities and able to handle a marketing team.
• Sales & Marketing
• Formulating and following the marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive sales volumes of Shredder and shredding systems.
• Evaluating marketing trends periodically including marketing plans, manpower planning, product planning and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
• Devising the periodic sales plan and ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly & annual sales numbers.
• Exploring & expanding new markets for Shredder , Shredding system and Raspers in various industries such as municipal waste management , plastics , recycling , FMCG , Cement , Power , Tyre Recycling etc.
• Business Development
• Analysing business potential, implementing plans to drive sales and achieving desired targets.
• Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures for pricing and sales.
• Identifying resources & pursuing business opportunities across trade & institutions.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction by achieving the set quality norms
• Key Account Management
• Developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
• Identifying and networking with prospective clients to generate business from the new and existing accounts and achieving increased sales growth, thus increasing profitability.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with corporates, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Promotion
• Ensuring maximum reach to targeted and potential customers and capturing optimum market shares.
• Managing the activities including latest trends in recycling industry and RDF industry .
• Initiating promotional activities through different media such as Internet , print , trade shows etc.
