Requirements and Technical Skills

10+ years of proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer

Successful track record delivering projects in similarly sized organizations

Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools:

Apex

Visualforce

Lightning Components

SOQL


Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model

Solid experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs

Objectives and Deliverables

Develop, test, and deploy high-performance Salesforce solutions

Customize Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules

Ensure smooth integration with external systems and platforms

Handle data import/export and migration with high standards of data integrity

Write scalable, efficient, and well-structured Apex and Lightning code

Key Responsibilities

Design and build tailored Salesforce applications

Implement system enhancements that support business processes

Develop integrations with on-premise and cloud-based systems

Manage data operations ensuring accuracy and consistency

Apply and maintain security rules and access control

Continuously optimize system performance through clean code practices
