Qualifications

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure
Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked

Responsibilities
Senior Servicing Analyst will provide input into the discussion of terms and structure of new construction deals for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Group and other Lines of Business
The Senior Servicing Analyst will be responsible for;
Examination of the loan approval and documentation to gain thorough understanding of the project requirements, ancillary system set up and data input, system set up, file maintenance, and the draw review process
Administer and monitor loans on an ongoing, day-to-day, and transactional basis working in close partnership with the Relationship Manager and other Commercial Real Estate and operational personnel
Act as a liaison with customers, inspectors, and title company representatives during all phases of construction financing
Provide monthly construction draw analysis, budgetary and system reconciliation, and disbursement recommendation
Ensure all required documents have been received for each draw request
Take action on items that may affect the disbursement process such as change orders, sufficiency of funds, liens, etc
Ensure funding occurs within designated timeframes
Board the loans into the construction administration system and work hand in hand with the operations group
Provide a superior level of customer service to customer and line of business while concurrently managing construction risk
Provides loan servicing and monitoring support for corporate and commercial lending portfolios in a professional and timely manner
Delivers agreed lending/financing services as specified in the credit agreement/approval and ensures all required policies, guidelines and standards are met
Acts as a subject matter expert and first contact for escalation
Assists in processing more complex transactions and customer requests
Addresses customer services issues according to established parameters, escalating as required
Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions
Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities
Executes routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, queries etc. within relevant service level agreements
Investigates and addresses specific customer issues
Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Completes administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of the unit; including scanning and filing documents as required
Supports the development of tools and delivery of training focused on delivering business results
Integrates information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined reporting
Collaborates to execute loan servicing and monitoring requests
Prepares customer notifications and billings, and processes services and transactions including (but not limited to) loan advances/payments, wire transfers, billing for principal/interest/fees, monitoring collateral positions, financial exceptions, etc
Executes and manages documentation to ensure that records are maintained in a proper manner
Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities
Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions
Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules
Works mostly independently
