The SharePoint Online Developer will work closely with our IT and project teams to enhance and maintain our SharePoint environments. You will develop, customize, and integrate solutions to meet business needs, focusing on workflows, document management, and system integrations.
Perm or contract
Remote work available across Australia's Eastern Coast.
Start - ASAP
Australian Citizens ideally those with some form of security clearance however those without will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize
SharePoint Online solutions to meet business requirements.
Integrate SharePoint with external systems such as Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and other identity management platforms.
Design and implement workflows, document libraries, and collaboration tools within the SharePoint ecosystem.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online and integrated systems.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define and implement requirements.
Maintain and optimize SharePoint security, governance, and compliance standards.
Create user guides and provide training to stakeholders on new and existing SharePoint functionalities.
Key Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience developing and administering SharePoint Online.
Strong experience with system integration, especially integrating SharePoint with Entra ID (Azure Active COMMERCIAL IN CONFIDENCE 2 Directory) or similar systems.
Proficient in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and customizing SharePoint sites. • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure services, and identity management (Entra ID, AAD, etc.).
Experience with SharePoint workflows, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Desirable:
• Experience in integrating SharePoint with other enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP systems).
Microsoft Certified: SharePoint or Azure certifications
