Our Approach to Development
We follow an iterative development process, focusing on getting changes in front of users quickly while maintaining quality. This allows us to find and address issues promptly, ensuring we're always heading in the right direction. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in implementing this approach, working closely with the Product & Engineering team to deliver features and improvements to our web-based SaaS product, Notebook.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure used throughout Worknice
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the team for our backend systems
- Collaborate with the Product & Engineering team to design and implement new features and improvements for Notebook
- Research and evaluate technologies for our backend infrastructure
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality of backend code
